I received the error message, “User does not have a library account.” What do I do?

In order to activate/re-activate your library account, please apply for a YU-card on the YU-card office website.

YU-cards are issued digitally so once your card is approved and you've added your mobile card to your phone, our system will update automatically within 24 hours and your library access will be working again.
