My YU-card for door access is not working for the Graduate Reading Room. What should I do?

Answer

If your door access previously worked, check that your YU-card has not expired.  Staff at the AskUs desk can look you up to see if your YU-card has expired.

If your YU-card is not expired, then go to Community Safety  form to contact door card staff. Click and complete the form.
