My YUcard for door access is not working for the Graduate Reading Room, what should I do?

Answer

Have a look at the link located under Community Safety, Door Access for Door Access information. 

Under the heading Frequently Asked Questions, click on My Access Card is not working you will see a link at the bottom called form to contact door card.  Click on that and complete the form.
