The Graduate Student Reading Room is located on the 4th floor balcony (room 409) of Scott Library. 

If you are having trouble getting door access:

Have a look at the link located under Community Safety, Door Access for Door Access information. 

Under the heading Frequently Asked Questions, click on My Access Card is not working you will see a link at the bottom called form to contact door card.  Click on that and complete the form.
