The Libraries are offering the following options for research help, depending on your need:

 

1. Drop-by/On-Demand Services

  • For real-time, on-demand chat help with research or other queries related to library services and resources, please use YorkU Libraries Chat. 

  • In-person research help is available at Scott, Bronfman, Frost, and Markham Library during reference hours listed under Branch name and Research Help Drop-in Hours.

2. Bookable Research Consultations

  • For virtual consultations via Zoom with a subject or data librarian, please book a one-on-one appointment through our consultation booking site. We advise booking a consultation where your research question is more in-depth or specialized.  In-person consultations are available on request.  Please contact reflib@yorku.ca for more details.
