Yes, lesson planning materials are available in print and online. Please see the Libraries' locally curated guide Education K–12: Lesson planning. The guide links to free "open resources," organized by grade level and by subject (Ontario "teachables").  The guide also includes links to large, searchable banks of lesson planning resources.  In addition, books and ebooks on lesson planning are available through Omni, the York University Libraries' search engine.
