Why was my Omni Interlibrary Loan request cancelled?

Answer

Omni Interlibrary Loan (formerly RACER) requests can be cancelled for several reasons:

  • The request was incomplete or contained inaccurate information
  • No library locations could be found
  • The item is non-circulating
  • The “need by” date in the request has expired
  • You may have cancelled the request yourself.
