I borrowed a book through interlibrary loan (RACER). Is it ok if I keep it during this time when most campus courses and services are being offered remotely?

Answer

Yes, this is ok.

  • Fines on books borrowed through interlibrary loan or RACER will not accrue.
  • Please retain interlibrary materials borrowed until further notice.
  • While York University Libraries are accepting returns of locally held collections, this does not extend to interlibrary loan materials at the current time.

If you have any additional queries about the material you borrowed contact racer@yorku.ca or visit the interlibrary loan/RACER web site for York University Libraries.
