Do the Libraries make elevators available to patrons?

Answer

Elevators at YorkU Libraries:

Scott Library:

Patrons using a wheelchair or with mobility issues may use Scott Library's elevator located on the first floor past the SMIC and MAPS Library through the doors on the right and through a set of double doors on the left before the Microtext room (Rm. 118). Please visit the AskUs desk for assistance if needed.

Steacie Science & Engineering Library:

There is an elevator just outside the library which can be used to access Steacie Library's basement. Please ask for an elevator key from the front desk.

Peter F. Bronfman Business Library:

There is an elevator also at Bronfman, please visit the front desk for someone to provide you with the assistance/key.

Leslie Frost Library:

At the Glendon campus, an elevator is also available for use by patrons using a wheelchair or with mobility issues to provide an accessible means to move between the floors of the Leslie Frost Library. Ask staff for assistance/key.

If you need assistance finding your way, feel free to ask staff at any of our libraries.
