How can I start a chat with a librarian?

Answer

Please use our "Chat with us" red coloured widget that pops out on the right side when you are on our library website.  You will see this when our chat is open.

Other chat options and ways to obtain help are listed on our Ask & Services page.

At times when the chat is not available, you can send an email by visiting our Contact Us page or you can search or browse our FAQ. If you do not find your answer in the FAQ, you can Submit Your Question.
