Whether you can graduate with library fines depends on the amount you owe. 

• As stated in YorkU Libraries' lending code (Sanctions 6.3) you will not be able to graduate with library fines of $25 or more

A few weeks before convocation, our office will notify potential graduates who have a blocked library account and provide instructions for clearing your block.
