York University Libraries FAQ

Yes, retired York University faculty/staff have access to YorkU Libraries’ eResources. Retired faculty also have access to Omni Interlibrary Loan (formerly RACER).

To activate your retired faculty/staff library privileges, you will need to get your Retired Faculty/staff YUcard.

1. Make arrangements with the YU-card Office to get your Faculty and Staff YUCard
2. After you get your card, contact library staff (askusyul@yorku.ca) to activate your access
