My library account is frozen, how can I fix this?

Answer

Library accounts are frozen because you have reported your YU-card lost/stolen to the YU-card office.

Please note:  Once a card is lost or stolen and YU-card office creates a new card, and you find your old one, you must cut up the old card.  You will not be able to use it again.
