York University Libraries FAQ

Alumni do not have off-campus or wireless access to eresources and databases. Alumni must abide by our licensing agreements and the Acceptable Use Guidelines for Electronic Resources.

Alumni only have access to electronic resources and online databases, when they physically come to one of our libraries and use York's computers at (Scott, Steacie, Bronfman, Markham or Glendon).  Alumni will have to ask the desk staff for a 'guest account' for the day by showing current photo identification.
