Q. My library account is frozen. Can you reinstate it?
Library accounts are frozen because you have reported your YUcard lost/stolen to the YUcard office.
Please note: Once a card is lost or stolen and YUcard office creates a new card, you must cut up the old card. You will not be able to use it again.
