How does intercampus borrowing work?
Intercampus borrowing is a system set up between York's Keele Campus Library and Frost Library (Glendon Campus) only. This is in place to help patrons who are housed at one location (Glendon) to be able to get books from the other location (Keele) and vice versa.
Intercampus borrowing (ICB) requests placed before 3pm should arrive the next business day, which is usually ready for pick up by the afternoon; ICB requests placed after 3pm will arrive in two business days. Please note there is no inter-campus delivery on the weekend. Also note: the intercampus borrowing is between York Campus and Frost (Glendon Campus) only.
You will recieve an email from the circulation desk when your item is ready for pick up.
You can also 'check your account' to see if book has arrived but wait for your email before picking it up.
